Have your mash ready. Grease a casserole or pie dish with drippings or butter. Spread the lamb mixture around the basin. Top with mash and work peaks and valleys into the potato crust with the tines of a fork. Cook in a medium oven until the pie begins to fuss over bubbly and the top has formed a bit of crisp brown mmmhmm.
