FINALLY

Cole brought in some of his homegrowns today and I immediately bolted for the store to grab a loaf of white bread and a friggin' vessel of Duke's. These babies are so acidic you can smell them from two feet away. It's that sweet, rosy smell that gives them up. You know as soon as they get the knife there isn't going to be white in sight.

No to store-bought. No to mealy. No to flavorless gunk heavy on texture and light to non-existent on flavor. Homegrown is the only option. Assemble, slice, prepare. Two pieces of bread slathered with Duke's. Three or four tomato slices. Salt. Pepper. Spank 'em together. Try and eat just two...

Duke's is a mustard, I'm guessing?
